If you're going to suggest IPB or vB or SMF or any of those forums that you have access to the PHP files, then I'm not that great with them because I don't have the PHP files. :S

I don't know much about IPB. The main factor is that they are not free. I hate paid scripts..

Well I never even been to a MyBB board before until GK told me about this one. Actually I've never even heard of MyBB until this forum :S
But okay, I can do that. Hmm...gotta get a MyBB test board first XD

GK knows much about MyBB. ivenms encouraged others to use MyBB. Im also likes the script. It is more advanced than every other scripts. The next generation forum script (MyBB 1.4) is going to release.

I know nothing about MyBB and I'm in no hurry to actually learn it. From what I've seen here, I'm going to say it's an okay forum script, but not one I'd "OMG" over.
I'm not going to code up any PHP scripts for MyBB. Frankly, I don't have the time to study the PHP files anyways.

I think MyBB is the best forum script available for free. So it is better for you to turn over to MyBB. You can make good addons with JavaScripts for MyBB.

In my honest opinion, phpBB3 Gold is the best free forum software. MyBB, as I have just tried out recently, doesn't compare to phpBB3 Gold and its features.

In my honest opinion, phpBB3 Gold is the best free forum software. MyBB, as I have just tried out recently, doesn't compare to phpBB3 Gold and its features.
We all are waiting for he MyBB 1.4 release. That is really going to rock the forum world. phpBB's latest version is very improved from the previous ones. But I'm using MyBB for a long time and i am very comfortable with this script. The main reason for that is this script have improved posting fields (JavaScript embedded textarea for posting) than phpBB.

Yeah, I do agree that MyBB is more user-friendly than phpBB; however, I doubt even MyBB 1.4 would beat phpBB3 Gold.
