what about trap17? they provide some of the best free webhosting on the internet today. They have a 99.9% uptime and many advanced cpanel features. but the downside is you have tyo be active o there forums and earn credits for hosting.

They will provide you 500MB space with php and mysql support.

The only problem with them is that they show their adsense ads on every page's top and bottom. That is very nasty.

Otherwise, they are great.

it looks like a good site for people who are just starting out on the internet. but what i dont like like you is the ads on the site and your also limited quite a bit:

so it may be good for some personal site. with small needs.

I am a member on there...
I think they are very good and their server is approx. 99.8% uptime. I would have to say that they are one of the best hosting companys on the web!

I think the Ahplace is a great site and there also good number of memebrs active. Now iam not going to give free web hosting on this forum in future. Because there are a large number of forums available on the net who provides more quality web sites than a payd hosting site.

UPDATE: I have just recieved an update from ahplace saying that you must now post once per month. This means 10 posts a month for the liquid plan and 20 for the cubed. BOO HOO!!

I think they are tricky. After making your site popular and on a stage when you cant go without their hosting, they will change the rules. Then you have to da what they said, not having other options.

What kind of posts they needed? Is the post requires a fixed minimum length or quality?

There is no fixed length and you are allowed to do spam but spam is the reason why they made it monthly.
