Creating A Yahoo Sitemap

create a file called urllist.txt

in the file place every url to your site in it on a new line so example;
http://www.shadav.info/
http://www.shadav.info/WebMasters/
http://www.shadav.info/Auto/
http://www.shadav.info/WebMasters/Advertising/
http://www.shadav.info/WebMasters/Advert..._Exchange/

then visit https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/submit and submit your sitemap: domain.tld/urllist.txt

This is the best way to make a yahoo site map. But there are not any online efficient tools that gives only URLs of your site by crawling the full site.

That is the disappointing part. But yahoo likes to index the pages on your site with every feed format and using google sitemaps for Yahoo search engine is not a bad idea.
