my directory's a pr2 and my foamy site's a pr3 if you're interested in doing an even link exchange, lemme know...i have them set to site wide links and i do have inner pr's on both sites...
also have subdomains for my directory, which would help you more probably...one's a webmasters blog, the other i'm still working on will be a massive all-in-one webmasters forum

I don't even get the problem, you said its slow because its on free hosts, but then u said it loads just fine when its on your browser
