Experiance on IntelliTXT In-Text Advertising ?

Iam now analyzing the new publisher program: IntelliTXT In-Text Advertising. I would like to know its performance. The program is a text ad publishing program. It will generate small text popups on your page when the user moves his mouse over some texts which are highlighted. All works on javascript. Clicksor also have this facility. But I want to know its pay per click rating.

Is there any one have any experiance on this program?
