How to Create a WebSite Without Spending Money?

As you know, iam new to the web as a webmaster. So iam here for your advice to make a site. I dont know any thing to make a site.

The only thing i familier is with the HTML programming.

Where i want to go for making a web site for free. ( Is it possible? )

What should i do for viewing them publically?

Is there any software available to make websites easly on my computer?
( I think frontpage is helpful. But I never tried. )

Please give the answers of my questions.

scotdiya anyone can make a website for free at no cost appart from maby the hosting but there are many free hosting providers providers out there.

You can create your website in Frontpage,Dreamweaver or Microsofts new package Expression (beta)

if you cannot afford Frontpage, Dreamweaver ect you can always get a free website editing package such as the NVU website editor http://nvu.com/index.php is a lot like dreamweaver i my experience, but the best bit is that its free.

If you want people to view your website you need to get a domain name (http://www.yourdomaint.tld) or a subdomain such as (subdomain.webhost.tld) and then some hosting which is basically space to upload yourwebsite onto so people can view your website. That is all it really takes any more questions please feel free to post them below.

After making my pages, where to go first?

you need to post for hosting though. You also need to stay active on the forums. if you dont like that there are many others just google free webhsoting or if you want slightly better webhosting you can go here [link expired] or again google webhosting you will get tons of results.

BlueVoda sounds very good! What I was meant to say above was download the trial of DreamWeaver and make a template with the 30 day period then you can successfully take it from there.

lol its like dreamweaver and frontpage combined. i use both for different needs so expression is easier to use.

Or if you want taking risk, you could use a cracked ones, but I wont mentioned any program or sites. I dont recommend that, hehe, it will affect your pc. Lots of trojans and viruses.

Yeah. Pretty much. Freeware always everywhere, so no need for expensive programs.

I am so scared going to a crack site. My friends computer was pinged with virus when he tried to go in a crack site. He couldn't log-on Windows and his user name.

Well that is not the reason is to why I am not going to use cracked programs, it is because they are illegal as said before...

I think Dreamweaver is better to use. I never used BlueVoda. So I can't say any thing about that. Dreamviewer have lot of options.
