MY FUCKED UP SHITTY DAY FROM HELL!

I started to post the top half this morning but then had to run to work...everything after the ==== is from the time of this post...everything above the ==== was my ranting of yesterday......

Ok well excuse me while i go insane!

I just want to crawl into a corner and die!

A breif overview of my day yesterday....and still I have to work today so my boss is taking me back and forth...

WHOEVER PUT A CURSE ON ME FUCKING THANK YOU NOW TAKE IT OFF!

My day yesterday started out with me waking up late for work....not a big deal...

On my way to work a fucking deer disides to play leap frog
2 cars infront of me 2 cars behind me and it picks my car to run straight for!
All said and done, I'm fine my car was ok....damaged but drivable!
The deer ran off! IT damaged the hood of my car, busted out the headlight and made my driverside door not open...but there was no visable damage to the driver side of my car...all visiable damange was to the front of my car!

So after having the police make a report I go ahead and come into work!
A few hours later a guy comes into the store.
"Um I hit that red stationwagon down there"
I about faint! "That'd be me!" "I noticed there was some damage already to the car!" "Yeah, A deer hit my car this morning!"
Now at this point I was the only employee in the store so I couldn't go see what the fuck he did! So he left his name number and insurance info! Later I went out there! He said he didn't think he did anything, his vehicle had a little scratch (well if course it did, it was some type of work vehicle prob a nicely built van) He said he just dented my bumper!

The fucker, I'm sorry but ugggg....he hit my tire and now my car is not drivable! He caused front end damage to where I can not turn my wheel....my car makes an aweful sound and I now have no car!

His insurance people are obviously trying not to pay for it, saying the deer did that when the deer did not! I have an incident report of what the deer did and I have him on camera and audio admiting he hit my car!

So now, I have no car no way to get back and forth to work or my daughter to and from school....or the doctors, because as of sunday night she became sick and monday I took her to the doc...she's got the start of pneumonia!
And last night she was crying that her ear hurts and I can't even take her to the hospital for that!

That's just what happened for my day...at work i tried to fix the atm and it broke more...the printers on the registers kept acting up and I tried to fix one and it's now completely broke!

My family as always are asses and won't do a god damn thing to help me in any way shape or form! I've 3 relitatives that have vehicles that they are not using but they will not let me borrow them even til the end of the week!!!!

I don't fucking have money to fix my car or get a new one or rent a car! And if I do go fix my car the dudes insurance then can not pay for the damange since they haven't even looked at the car yet!

I just want to get drunk stay in bed and wish yesterday away!!!!!!!

ok so well....the insurance claim people called me today....and from talking to the guy on the phone I'm fairly confident they will pay for the damage done by the guy!

Because as the claim adjuster said "Obviously you drove the car after the deer accident and now you can not drive the car!"

So they towed my car to a place today and are looking at it and doing whatever it is they need to do...hopefully they at least fix the car so it's driveable and the driver's side door opens again

I don't car about the body damage!!

AND!!!!! They said they would send me a check for about $145 now as a we're sorry you're car isn't working....but i called them back and they worked it out to where they are paying for a rental car for me to use for 5 days!There's still a catch!
The rental place is going to charge me $50 (usually $200 deposite but since it's a 3rd party involved i'm getting $50) but I should get that back so long as there's no overages....now by overage's i've no idea what they mean....but the car's only gonna be for taking me back and forth to work, kid to and from school....in all i travel maybe if even 25 miles a day.....

IF there's any overages they said I'd need to get a reinbursement from the insurance people for my money...but shit $50 to get my car driving again and have a car for now I can handle that.,...but lol i'll be fighting to get my money back I still have to pay to fix the deer damage lmfao!

Now I'm just waiting for them to get me a car.....they were short on cars but think they should have one set up for me by tonight.

Try to contact with your relatives and use their car for temporary use. Iam sure that they will help if you ask them in right way.

no ivenms my family won't...i know it's hard to think and believe...but my family isn't the best and might as well not be my family....i've been on my own since i was pretty much 9 years old! well really even all my life i've been on my own but i've not lived with my family since i was 9, I had my own place to live but by law i kept getting pulled back into my parents house....when i was 16 i legally moved out and the only reason my family has any contact with me is because of my daughter....they don't care about me they care about her....and that's a whole another fucked up store that I ain't getting into....

but anyways things are starting to look up....still waiting to hear what all if any damages they are going to fix

hehehehe i got a PT Cruiser...

ok and now by overages from the car rental place...there's no milage (I could drive the car as far as i like, well prob not outta state boarders but still), that's what I thought they ment...and as for the gas i'm supposed to bring it back to them the way it was when i got it which was half ful btw

the overages are for whatever the insurance people didn't pay for and if I keep it more days then agreed on!

it still sucks because I had to pay them $50 that I should get back + $70 for insurance on the car that I may be able to get back from the insurance people + $0.50 a day to have the car because the insurance people only approved for so much cost and it didn't really cover the tax on the car!
so in all i'm out $125 so far because some asshole hit my car! yeah you better believe after they fix my car i'm going to be a bitch and try to get that money back as well!

Thank you for letting me rant because *ug* I really was a wreck the last two days....I finally got some sleep lastnight

and now today i've gotta take my kid back to the doctor's cuz she's gotten worse....my poor baby's falling apart.....

Wow man you did have a shocking day,
I felt that bad when I found out I had NHL Cancer, but your day tops it all,at least they can fix ya car so you can move on.
I've had seven hits of Chemo and the cancer is still there eating away at my body.
Hope it all works out better once you get your car back.
Hope your little girl gets better soon.

thanks art, glad you're doing ok...thankfully i'm not to that stage yet...as of yet i've not developed cancer but am constently told that at any given time I will....i show all signs for cancer but no cancer yet...

anyways, my daughter got better thankfully...was difficult but finally got her to stay on her medicines long enough...

as for my car, well the insurance people ended up paying me the entire worth of the car and i bought my aunt's car which is worth a lot more than i paid for it...well it would be worth a lot more if there wasn't something constently draining the battery and can't find out what it is!

so all in all it did work out ok in the end....was just not a very pleasant time oh and i didn't pay a dime for the rental car...they ended up paying all of the costs for it aside from gas.

So a happy ending for the story "Shitty Day from Hell" .. .

Glad you had a great outcome from your shity day,and all is good with the daughter.
Great that you have a decent car now to get you around.
Its such a relief when the insurance company pays out.
I just had my 9th cycle of chemotherapy and still dont have an out come as yet until 4 weeks time I have a Pet scan to see if my large tumor has shrunk enough to have the bone marrow transplant rescue.
so glad your outcome was sucsessfull.
